PDF Invoice Tab
Use this tab to view the PDF invoice for the Billing Cycle date selected in the grid on the Billing Info tab.
If the invoice is not available, a message will appear giving the user an explanation and/or instructions for receiving help. Depending on client setup, the following messages may appear:
- “Please contact customer service for details regarding this invoice.”
- Denotes that the bill cycle for the invoice is older than 6 months and that the invoice has been archived.
- “Your online PDF will be available in 1-2 business days.”
- Denotes that PDF invoices from the most recent billing cycle will soon be posted
- “No Invoice Found”
- Denotes that the PDF invoice is unavailable
The Billing Folder field in the T4AppSetting table designates the location of the PDF invoices
